Lately, I’ve been seeing an increased amount of trial subscription deals through the American Airlines AAdvantage E-shopping portal. If you don’t have an AAdvantage E-shopping account it’s free to sign up and you can basically earn American Airlines Miles on your everyday purchases when using the portal. Make sure you type in your correct American Airlines AAdvantage number in order to be credited to the bonus miles when creating your account!

Once you have an account, you can search for the following 3 trial subscriptions:
Barrons
Barrons is currently offering a 1,000 American Airlines Miles Bonus for a $1 8-Week Trial Subscription. The terms read that you must leave the account open 45 days in order to keep the 1,000 miles. Given that this is an 8-week subscription, I’ll be canceling on the 46th day to ensure that I am not charged the regular subscription cost.
Wall Street Journal
The Wall Street Journal is currently offering a 1,000 American Airlines Bonus for a $1 2-Month Trial Subscription. The terms read that you must leave the account open 45 days in order to keep the 1,000 miles. Given that this is an 8-week subscription, I’ll be canceling on the 46th day to ensure that I am not charged the regular subscription cost.
The Economist
The Economist is currently offering a 1,200 American Airlines Bonus for a $1 per week for the first 12 Weeks Trial Subscription. The terms read that you must leave the account open 60 days in order to keep the 1,200 miles. Given that this is a 12-week subscription, I’ll be canceling on the 61st day (or 8th week/$8) to ensure that I am not charged the regular subscription cost.
BASIC Breakdown
Barrons Subscription – $1 for 1,000 Miles
Wall Street Journal Subscription – $1 for 1,000 Miles
The Economist Subscription – $8 for 1,200 Miles
