I found some great targeted checking account offers today while going through my Citi account portal. These are better than the public offers and are broken down into four different tiers. I provided the details below on all four options. Be sure to check your account to see if you were targeted!
$200 – Basic Banking
Earn $200 when you make a minimum deposit of $5,000 in New-to-Citibank Funds into your eligible deposit account within 30 days of account opening and maintain the minimum balance for 60 days.
$400 – CitiBank
Earn $400 when you make a minimum deposit of $15,000 in New-to-Citibank Funds into your eligible deposit account within 30 days of account opening and maintain the minimum balance for 60 days.
$700 – Priority
Earn $700 when you make a minimum deposit of $50,000 in New-to-Citibank Funds into your eligible deposit account within 30 days of account opening and maintain the minimum balance for 60 days.
$1,500 – CitiGold
Earn $1,500 when you make a minimum deposit of $200,000 in New-to-Citibank Funds into your eligible deposit account within 30 days of account opening and maintain the minimum balance for 60 days.
How to find this offer
Log in to your Citi online banking portal and click the offers for you under the Rewards & Offers dropdown. This is the first offer promoted under my ThankYou card. You can click through all of your cards to see if it shows up for any others.
Basic Breakdown
I personally like the $400 for $15,000 deposit offer out of the four options above. This is actually $100 more than the public offer which only provides $300 for the same deposit.
